The versatile Yamuna Gold Ball is definitely one of our favorites.  Wonderful for rolling your back, and gentle enough for abdominal work.  This ball is a great starter ball; we use it every day.  This ball comes deflated and needs to be pumped.  Bicycle pumps work fine.
